Bree is a Wichita native that has a driving passion for the continuing expansion of cultural offerings, lifestyle enhancements, and productive growth for Wichita. Encouraging and supporting small and new business owners in our community, she believes, is the lifeblood of our local economy and financial freedom goals for many entrepreneurs and individuals.
The Muse Meridian offers affordable business operation space of varying sizes, starting at $200/m. Keeping overhead as low as possible for business owners is the goal, and offering a very cool space to be in, share, and collaborate with other like-minded business owners and community leaders.
“Breezy” established Muse Meridian, a mixed-use commercial business community, in late 2017 when she and her former business partner purchased the 2-acre, over 25,000-square-foot property for USD 265. Meridian School, a former elementary and alternative high school was built in 1924. Repurposing and revitalizing Wichita’s established neighborhoods is a stronghold for the visionary.
Muse Meridian is a catalyst site in the Sunflower neighborhood, just west of Friends University, adjacent to Delano, and north of the main Wichita thoroughfare Kellogg Avenue US54/KS400 highway.
Background Experience:
Bree Russell has been influenced by her entrepreneurial Real Estate family and began Real Estate aspirations with the construction trade and office jobs in middle school. Bree served many tables at popular Wichita restaurants during high school and college before obtaining her Real Estate license in 2002 after graduating from Friends University with two degrees in Spanish and International Business. Since then, Bree Russel has brokered countless commercial lease and sale transactions over her 20-year career thus far. Bree joined JP Weigand in 2012 and earned her CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member designation the same year.
She is one of many team members that make up the Muse Meridian operation co-creation team.
